The aim of this training is for individuals to be develop knowledge and skills to run introductory awareness sessions within the workplace - an 'in house' educator who will be able to cascade their learning throughout the workplace and consequently be able to support and signpost peers to practical sources of help. Presentation skills training will also be provided and a post course individual visit to delegates for mentoring and support.
