'IN HOUSE' COURSES AVAILABLE:

Employers are being urged to pay even closer attention to their employees' health and well being in the current climate or face the prospect of increased sickness absence and possible litigation. 

To avoid time and money spent travelling, staff can avail of 'Time Outs' for education and awareness sessions.

Companies arranging 'in house' courses, a minimum duration of 1 - 2 hours per group - can have a significant positive impact on staff morale, communications and the general working atmosphere. 

  • The duration for the following 'in house' interactive sessions is half a day - am or pm, to suit need. 
  • All attendees will be given a workbook for each interactive session attended
  • Certificates of Attendance are an option if required
  • A [verbatim] consolidation of all evaluations will be produced in the form of a report and fowarded by email to a named individual if requested

STRESS AWARENESS SESSIONS - duration determines amount of content, ie starting with 1 - 2 hour sessions up to one day

'TIME IS MONEY' - be aware of strategies to manage Time in a productive manner, without raising stress levels.  Do you want to LIVE TO WORK or WORK TO LIVE?  Your decision!

'MOOD FOODS' - How does food affect mood?  Specific foods can be associated with anxiety, cravings, depression, insomnia and mood swings.  Learn how to avail of a healthier diet to avoid the negative impacts.  This session is facilitated by Vanessa McMinn, a qualified Dietitian.

HEALTHIER FOODS AND SPECIAL DIETS - A Royal Institute of Public Health one day accredited course, facilitated by BGA associate, Vanessa McMinn - a qualified Dietitian
