To date, Beth Gibb Associates is the sole registered centre in Northern Ireland to facilitate ‘Understanding Health Improvement'.  this level 2 [Royal Society of Public Health - RSPH] accredited qualification equips staff to motivate and support individuals both within the workplace and the community to adopt a healthier lifestyle by providing knowledge and understanding of the benefits of good health and barriers to making change.

The course is a one day training programme with a 45 minute assessment

**Due to Beth's stress qualification, RSPH, have permitted a ‘taster' session to be included in the course.

Resource file is included, though not required by the RSPH  ‘agenda'.  Beth comes from a health promotion background whose remit was raising awareness and highlighting health issues and felt this [file] would be an asset  as it contains a variety of ‘master'  worksheets/ handouts which can be photocopied, signposting to various specific health-related resources, copies of all subject presentations and ‘extra' information not required for the end-of-day assessment, but will enhance participant learning and credibility on return to the workplace.

The course is worth 8 hours of CPD and on successfully passing the assessment, a certificate of accreditation will be forwarded to each participant
