Beth Gibb Associates (BGA) works with the following individuals who are experts in their own fields:

SIOBHAN DONNELLY - heads SRT Donnelly & Associates, a safety company who provide focused Health and Safety training to various public and private bodies both in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland as well as England and Scotland.  Siobhan was previously a senior partner in Donnelly & Kinder Solicitors, qualified in 1990.  In 1995, Siobhan obtained the National Examining Board of Occupational Safety and Health Diploma and has concentrated on Health & Safety legal training for Directors and senior teams. 

Siobhan also does objective investigations into allegations of bullying in the workplace and makes appropriate recommendations.  When serious incidents occur, Siobhan and her team prepare companies for HSE investigations and interviews under caution.  Further tailor made training courses are provided on court skills and presenting in court, also innovative training regarding changing culture within an organisation.

VANESSA STEWART - Vanessa completed a four year Honours Degree at the University of Ulster and qualified as a registered Dietitian in 2000.  She then returned to her studies and successfully completed the British Dietetic Association's accredited Sports Nutrition course at Loughborough University.  Vanessa has worked as a Dietitian within the NHS both in England and Northern Ireland.  Vanessa will be facilitating Royal Institute of Public Health accredited Nutrition courses.
